In order to volunteer the following documents are required:

• Complete the Aspen View Volunteer Registration
  • You can call or email our office to have this form emailed to you, or visit our office in person to obtain this form
• Current Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector
  • This can be obtained from the RCMP detachment. They will require a letter of request from the school, which you can call, email or visit the office to obtain
• Child Intervention Record Check
  • Information for this can be found here: Child Intervention Check Information
  • Link to the form
• Approval from the teacher and administration
  • Approval will be considered when all paperwork is complete
